4 case scenarios. Each one to be completed, one per immunisation chart on excel spread. 1. 9 year old female – from Jiangsu province of China. History of 3 doses of Hep B, 5 doses of Oral Polio Vaccine (OPV), 4 doses of DPT and 2 doses of measles vaccine. 2. 17 month old male – present for first immunisations. 3. 15 year old female – Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. Had chickenpox last year. Vaccination history: x3 doses of DTP & x3 doses OPV (given at 2, 4 and 6 months old. 4. 18 year old male – has never been immunised as parents have refuses all vaccines. Had chickenpox at 2 years of age. Accepted into paramedics course- starting in 2 months. Egg allergy.
