Define the project Identify the project, advise project team members and their roles and responsibilities, all aspects of the scope of the project (the length of the activity/number of students using the area/the objectives of the project/any legal/safety issues to be considered/ all the stakeholders or people that the project will affect/impact on, the roles and relationships between all parties in the project, feasibility issues/constraints, relationship to organisation's objectives, and details of resources required and how they will be accessed. Task 2 Develop the project plan Detail timelines that will need to be followed from beginning to the completion of the project including providing a gantt chart, detail the tasks that will need to be undertaken (chronologically) and then develop a work breakdown structure of all the roles and the responsibilities that would be required to enable the project to be undertaken including dependencies and time frames, responsibility assignment matrix assigning roles and responsibilities to team members . Use MsProject for this activity or alternatively MsExcel.. Your trainer will provide practical guidance to assist you with your learning and satisfactory completion of the project requirement. Task 3 Records, Record Management, and Budgeting Identify all the records and documents, and record management systems, that would need to be used to support the management of your project and how they will be maintained during the project. Produce a list of anticipated expenditure (budget) that would be required if the Project is to proceed successfully. Detail this expenditure in a Memo to Management and include a time line for the parties/organisations that will require payments.
