Using the current immunisation schedule choose a routine immunisation encounter for a child and describe this encounter. Identify the steps you would follow, from beginning to end, according to best practice principles, determining the logic for this process. Using your clinical knowledge and the Handbook demonstrate that you are competent to conduct and implement the procedures for a vaccination encounter.
