The aim of the individual assignment is to test the student's ability to analyse a strategic human resource management case. The key is to identify the core issues that impinge upon the successful and ethical management of these organisations and recommend practical solutions for change. Assignment Details: 1. Diagnose the problems at Chumhum drawing on relevant theories of strategic HRM including but not limited to organisational culture, recruiting and staffing, and training and development. 2.
