Use the cultural web to analyse to analyse the organisational culture of La Trobe University (or a department within the University).* Based on the cultural web, describe the paradigm, and identify one likely source of resistance to change within the University. *Note: Due to the word limit, you do not need to analyse all elements of the cultural web. You should analyse at least three of the outer elements of the web, plus the paradigm.
