Including a literature review need to Review the key success factors and organisational experiences of team working in an organisation. In this we need to Identify,compare and contrast the key success factors for team working in organisational partnerships. Then we need to critically review and assess the organisation's experience of team working and organisational partnerships. Once these aspects have been completed we then need to; establish effective team working and organisational partnerships with the following included 1. Agree the aims and success criteria for teams and organisational partnerships with senior managers, Board of Directors and other stakeholders. 2. Agree the operational procedures for team working and organisational partnerships. 3. Establish and motivate team members to work co-operatively to achieve agreed goals and finally 4. evaluate the effectiveness of team working in organisational partnerships. To complete the above we need to be aware of the nature and status of orgaisational partnerships, including the legal and ethical implications of working in partnerships, especially combining the public and voluntary sectors. We need to be aware of the role, nature and purpose of teams; types of teams especially teams operating at strategic level and teams from diverse backgrounds. The mission, values and culture in organisations and its effect on team and partnership relations. While looking at the previous we need to be taking into consideration the planning and reporting processes in team and organisational partnerships. We need to take in the role of Board of Directors (UK) and other stakeholders in the team and partnership working. That includes negotiation strategies and skills; operational proedures for these partnerships. Team and partnership formationa nad dynamics this must include high performance teams. What motivation theories and their application in team and partnership working. Leadership styles, behaviours and skills. What concepts of diversity;social and cultural characteristics of major and minor groups. The diversity as a social and cultural construct and its implications. Communication and relationship-building techniques and finally the evaluation models and procedures we can use.
