Organisations are committing strategic resources to creating a productive and diverse workforce; and are incorporating diversity management into Human Resource Management policies and practices. Discuss how Human Resource Management working can give an organisation a competitive edge and how this can be achieved with a diverse workforce in a hospitality industry.
