Assessment Instructions Review the strategic plan carefully, and then select ONE Strategic Objective/Corporate Goal area to base your project on. 1. Create an Operational Plan to achieve the objectives/goals of your selected area: a) Identify the resources you will require to complete this plan b) Write the Performance Indicators using the SMART method c) Create a draft budget detailing the costs associated with this plan 2. Create a 1-page document outlining your process to monitor the plan, manage and report on the budget.
