Assignment title: Information

1. Using the change theories, concepts and frameworks presented in the course, formulate a detailed change management strategy/plan on how you would go about the process of changing an organization. 2. Set your assumptions regarding the situation, and then determine what you will do first, second, etc. 3. Include the key change issues in the phases of the change you are describing and discuss how you will address them. 4. Do not focus on one change concept or model (such as Kotter's Eight Stages), but how several might be integrated into one, unique change model/strategy. The model should be original, and theoretically sound. 5. Use our class textbooks as primary sources of references and other references as secondary only. • Primary Textbook. Jick, T.D., Peiperl, M.A. (2011). Managing Change: Cases and concepts. (3rd Edition) New York, McGraw-Hill ISBN: 978-0-07310274-0 • Supplementary Textbook Kotter, P. (1999). Leading Change. Boston, Harvard Business School Press ISBN: 978-0-87584-747-4 6.
