The business is planning on acquiring a new computer system so they will like you to carry out a research on 5 different types of computers platforms for medium size office/home (SOHO). You have been asked to recommend suitable systems that would meet the business needs. You need to give 5 reasons to back up each of your recommended hardware platforms. (P2, M2, D2) As part of the 'future IT' projects, CloudPanel want to turn a room to a fully-fledged teaching room that can cater lesson for students from the IT school. This room has to be IT equipped so that all students have access to a computer and that it's relevant IT systems are in place. The Lecturers have full control of the class and can change the layout of the class according to particulars of the prescribed lesson. This room has furniture installed with table and chairs that can accommodate twenty students and is located at WCG09. You have been allocated the task to come up with a suitable design that can meet the CloudPanel needs. This will be collated into a report where it should cover the following details: 2.1 Produce a system design specification to meet the CloudPanel's needs (P2, M2, D2) You need to recommend suitable hardware for this classroom, that are networked and that appropriate hardware security measures are in place to avoid theft and vandalism. Software needs to be appropriately recommended for the classroom. This should cover the operating system, security software, control software, teaching and other application software suitable for the classroom.
