It should focus on a range of skills/behaviours for a potential graduate employee. Your report should demonstrate a self-awareness and "awareness of others" work preferences, and the impact that they may have on working with others. This will include leadership and effective team working as well as resolving conflict. You should draw upon the literature in this area and on your own experience. You should provide a personal profile which should evaluate and highlight your strengths and weaknesses and the implications. A time scaled action plan to improve your skills/behaviours for future employment should be produced. You can also apply class exercises completed throughout the module which should be referred to and examples of your results commented on as part of the discussion and analysis. Learning Outcomes. Specific Assessment Criteria: First Class (70+%): Your report will be of excellent quality where you demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of managing colleagues, clients and other stakeholders, cover conflict resolution techniques, understanding of own impact on others, understanding of managing oneself through consideration of personal drivers. You will also demonstrate a clear understanding of the impact of work preferences in yourself and others, with specific focus on how this may contribute to effective team work. You will offer high quality analysis of these concepts leading to clear, logical conclusions. The report structure, its presentation, your written English and your Harvard referencing will all be of a very high standard.
