The aim of this assignment is to develop critical reflection skills and skills in applying a reflective framework. Instructions:You may write this assignment in first person as you will be asked to apply each topic area to your current work practice and critically reflect on this.1. Choose a reflective framework (suggestions can be found on the course Learning@Griffith site, but you are not limited to these suggestions). 2. Clearly state the reflective framework you will be applying. 3. Apply the framework to each of the three topics listed below to evaluate and reflect upon your own practice in relation to these aspects of your role and support your reflection with reference to the literature (while confidentiality is assured, please de-identify names and other aspects of your reflection that could identify a patient or co-worker): a. Challenges and enablers of developing assessment and examination skills of patient assessments that are applicable in multidisciplinary settings.b. Managing patient deterioration or patients with pain in the ED. c. An example of an incident that required leadership/management skills. 4. For each topic ensure you: a. Clearly and concisely describe a story that is relevant to the topic of your own experience as an RN in an emergency setting. b. Explain the relevance and meaning to yourself, your context and your practice.c. Use critical thinking and reasoning to underpin your stance/argument the relevance of your post and lessons that can be learned.
