( submit the situation analysis as a separte document in the dropbox as well. This part of the marketing plan focuses on the marketing mix (product, price, place and promotion). The Marketing Strategy instructions, template, and the marking rubric are available in on Moodle. Required length: 4 – 10 pages (12 point typeface, single spaced). Reference list is not included in the page count and the situation analysis is not included in the count. Submission: A bound report: Please combine your Situation Analysis and Marketing Strategy in one Word document, and upload it to Marketing Mix Strategy Dropbox on Moodle 20.00 on the Friday 6 May 2016 - submit to Urkund prior Your submission will be marked on the following criteria.(detailed criteria provided on MOODLE) Addressing each required componenst; The extent and quality of research effort (i.e. the quantity, variety and quality of sources used); Close link between Part 1 Situation Analysis and Part 2 marketing strategy; Writing accuracy including correct use of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clear presentation of the final submission. Acknowledgement of sources. Both in-text references and reference list are required. A link to how to reference properly is provided on Moodle. URKUND plagiarism check This assessment accepts Moodle electronic submission only. When your file is first uploaded, it will be sent to URKUND – a plagiarism plug-in that matches your submission against material from various sources: the internet, published books and journals, and previously submitted student texts. If the URKUND analysis indicates plagiarism, you can remove the file, rework your submission, and submit again. Extension and late submission: There can be no extensions of the due date for Situation Analysis or Marketing Strategy without documentation evidence (e.g. a medical certificate or a counsellor's note) of illness or misadventure. If you know you will not be able to complete the assignment on time due to work commitments , you must request an extension 7 days before before the assignment is due. In this case you will not receive a mark before he final exam and your result may show Wh (withheld for a few weeks). Late submissions will be accepted up to five days after the due date at 5% penalty of the assignment value for each day overdue. Submissions later than 5 days won't be accepted and will receive zero mark except for special circumstances with documented evidence that would warrant an extension beyond five days after the due date.
