Hi This is a take home exam has 5 questions but this exam is very critical for me as I've done really badly in the past 2 assignment and I need to get an EXCELLENT mark in this exam otherwise I'll not pass this unit. this exam about a case study called SUGAR BOWL, all the exam requirements is listed in the attached file (TAKE HOME EXAM) and also attached the case study Sugar Bowl. Question 1: asking for a PROBLEM STATEMENT, but please it's not just an introduction statement, I have to Write a profissional problem statement and I attached 2 docs about how to write a problem statement (PROBLEM DETENTION STATEMENT) & ( IDENTIFY PROBLEMS AND RISKS) please have a look and write the problem statement according to those 2 files pleeeeeeas. Question 2: Write a SWOT analysis, BUT it's not a normal SWOT it has to be an ACTIVE SWOT please see the attached file (SWOT DETAILED EXPLANATION TOPIC 12) I'll be penalized if I provide a simple four box SWOT or a SWOT without rank or weighting assigned. Question 3: it's about Marketing Segmentation, the attached Lecture 3 slides is about segmentation please use it. Question 4: It's the MOST IMPORTANT (40 marks) and it's about Objectives and STRATEGY, the attached Lecture 11 slides is about Strategy please use it and use other slides as well. We have to write a marketing strategy for the case. and also to do the SMART objectives for the organization. Question 5: Discuss any implications you envisage for the implementation of your proposed strategy. It's also related to question 4 (Strategy) . Please read the exam requirements carefully (Take Home Exam) attached file. We have attached all lectures slides for references please try to use most of them. also we attached my last assignment which I didn't pass it, it has all the lecturer's marking notes in blue color, please have a look and try to avoid all my mistakes according to his notes.
