Bronwyn, who has worked as a health care professional, primarily in Aged Care, is aware that there is quite a bit of community debate about whether to immunize or not. She is afraid of doing anything that could harm Amy and she has heard a lot about the side-effects of immunisation, such as Autism, in the media. However, she is not really sure about the benefits and risks of immunisation and she has also heard that there has recently been an increase in children developing Measles. Searching for the evidence [Approx. 240 words] Search strategy should be discussed: 1) what are the search terms, including keywords and alternative words; 2) list five specific databases, and justify as to why they were chosen; 3) how to deal with sensitivity and specificity issues in your search. Types of evidence [Approx. 300 words] From the results of your search strategy, list the five pieces of evidence in order of the strongest evidence to the weakest evidence using APA referencing [does not count towards word count] Each piece of evidence should be evaluated for its level of evidence.
