We would like you to chose a basic topic from Management Accounting and present it in power point in the form needed below Oral Presentation • Presentation materials will be handed out one week before the presentation. Each student will have 5 minutes to make your presentation with the slide show. Following the presentation, the tutor will assess the presentations in accordance with the requirements below. • Student assessment areas for presentations Students will be assessed according to the following criteria. 1. Does it appear the student prepared well for the presentation? (5 marks) - Background material reviewed - Key issues identified from background material - Evidence of exploration of the topic 2. Was the presentation logical and did the student speak on the topic confidently, including any use made of overheads and/or whiteboard, to illustrate their arguments? (5 marks) - Effectiveness in engaging the audience - Arguments were properly supported 4 - Succinctness and logical flow of the presentation - Had an opinion - Time management (5 minutes presentation and questions)
