Reflect on what you have learnt about your own skills, experience, leadership style, values and emotional intelligence to assess what you might bring to the role. Referring to what you have learnt on governance and ethical leadership from the readings provided, your own research and classes:(a) analyse the governance and ethical issues presented using the tools provided;(b) outline your priority three (3) questions you would ask during the Nominations Committee interviews;(c) consider whether you have any pre-conditions for joining the Board/ Executive Committee; including what they are and why; and(d) decide which of the offers you will accept (if any) and why/ why not.
