You are required to submit a report of 4,500 - 5,000 words, excluding references. This submission will include a progress report (to date), literature review, hypothesis, schedule (for this project up to the final submission), challenges, and future work on the current state-of-the-art and trends in wired and wireless field bus systems. The project is completely open-ended and you may structure the main body whichever way you want. Identify the needs for a strategic change through analysis of strategic plans contrasted with the practices as defined in th case study. Discuss any patterns or trends in the external environment which impact on the achievement of the organisations change management objectives.
