International Business Across Borders Group assignment. (Business Report) This assignment's purpose is to perform a written analysis of a real company that has expanded its operation across borders into foreign/international markets. The selected company is "WALMART" NOTE: As it is a group assignment, my part is only about "Management of Human Resources across borders & Talent acquisition" (600 words) (The other parts of the report will be covered by other group members…no introduction needed, can start straight to the topic) For Walmart's management of human resources across borders and talent acquisition….we may consider the following as well. --Overall moving globally… --We can get examples from another regions as well but not from the home country. Just for understanding of the whole assignment (including other group members work)…..
