You are a business consultant who has been engaged by a client from an MNC to develop a diversity management strategy to enhance the company's competitiveness in the global economy. Prepare a report for the client that clearly explains the principles of diversity management in MNCs, identifying the challenges faced by the company in introducing a successful diversity management scheme and making recommendations for ensuring that the introduction of the scheme improves the company's competitiveness in the global economy. Support and justify your analysis and recommendations with reference to scenarios or real life examples and to relevant academic literature, including journal articles, and to other relevant and reliable sources. Your assignmentshould take the style of a business report with an executive summary, introduction, separate recommendation section and a separate conclusion, followed by your references.
