This Individual Assignment builds on your first Individual Assignment asking you to now evaluate the internal coherence of your chosen organisation's HR policies and practices and make recommendations for change. To prepare for this Assignment: • Review your Week 5 Individual Assignment and Instructor Feedback. • Further evaluate your chosen organisation's HR policies and practices for their internal coherence. To complete this Assignment: Prepare a report of approximately 1,500 words in which you: • Critically evaluate the internal coherence of the organisation's HR policies and practices. • Recommend changes to specific aspects of HR policies and / or practices based on your analysis and provide a justification for each recommendation.
