(2014), The Theory and Practice of Change Management, Palgrave Mc Millan, pp.161-163) will enable you to analyse and evaluate the need for change using business and leadership theories, concepts and models and to consider implications if change is not administered accordingly and how leaders can take forward change proposals.This case will provide you with an opportunity to critically discuss the justification of decisions in relation to the soft parameters affecting the success of a change project.
