​​​ You are a Senior Consultant with a computer systems integration company named 'Skillage I.T.'. You have been tasked with designing a new service implementation for a new medium size client. You will use your newly gained knowledge to propose a Change Management Plan for a new service you have proposed in order to facilitate a successful outcome for Skillage I.T. and the client. It is important that you have already completed the TTF Consolidation and Security Project and the TTF Plan and Direct Complex Projects as this Project builds on your previous solutions. Some time has passed since you designed the previous projects for TTF and you believe you can further enhance their profitability by offering a new service. You should review the business model again to see if you think they can benefit from a new service offering. Some examples might include:  Full SLA and maintenance plan (Virtual IT Department)  Windows Azure hosting for the TTF Active Directory Structure due to remote locations  External hosting of their Ecommerce website  Datacentre hosting of their Database Server to maximise performance  Etc., so you can chose your own The project has had some preliminary work done and you have the following information available...  Business Plan  Company Profile  Existing Topology  Stakeholder Interviews You need to produce a plan to Change to the new service. The following is a list of the project deliverables: a. Short Proposal outlining an executive summary of the selected service including: i. Reasons behind your proposal, based on an organisational review ii. Plan for consultation meetings to negotiate deliverables iii. Agenda templates iv. Meeting outcomes matrix (RACI) b. Develop a Change Management Strategy including: i. Change Procedure ii. Change Management Plan iii. Change Management Project Plan iv. Change Management Approval process v. Training Program c. Service Maintenance plan or SLA There are many components that go into developing a successful Change Management Strategy. Ensure you use appropriate documentation for each component. Use network maps or diagrams, lists, block diagrams, component maps, etc. Ensure all of the work that you submit is your own and that appropriate referencing is used.
