Title: Case study Analysis and solution Subject: International human resource management Instructions Referencing style: APA 6th Word limit: 2500 - 3000 words (excluding references). There are NO specific questions for this case study analysis. You should structure your case study assessment into the following three (3) sections, which align to the marking criteria/rubric: 1. INTRODUCTION In this section, you should include background, key IHRM issue/s and summary of analysis and solution/s. These should all be described, well-justified and the issues linked. You must identify and engage with the key issues and provide high-quality evidence to support any statements that you make. This section should demonstrate evidence of high understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the relevant issues. 2. ANALYSIS In this section, you should identify the issue/s and demonstrate a strong understanding of the issue/s within an overarching framework to give a compelling story. Your analysis of the key IHRM issues should include strong evidence to support any statements and demonstrate knowledge of theory, concepts and case examples.You should demonstrate use of evidence from top-tier journals, as well as evaluating this evidence and including complex concepts and analysis. 3. SOLUTIONS In this section, you should present well-defined and justified solution/s offered in an integrated theoretical framework clearly relating to all issues identified in the analysis and made with evidence of synthesis and drawing together of main points. Marking Criteria Each section is worth: 1. Introduction – 20% 2. Analysis – 40% 3. Solutions – 40% Marking Rubric: Introduction(20%): Background, key IHRM issues (macro and micro) and summary. All described, well justified and issues linked. The key issues have been identified and engaged with. High quality evidence to support statements. Evidence of high understanding and comprehensive knowledge of relevant issues. Analysis (40%): Issues identified, demonstrating strong understanding and linked within an overarching framework. Demonstrates outstanding analysis on the key IHRM issues with strong evidence to support statements. The suggestions/recommendations on how to address the key issues have been made with evidence of synthesis and drawing together of main points. Demonstrates superior knowledge of theory, concepts and case examples and application to practical example. Demonstrate superior use of evidence and includes an evaluation. A number of sources are from top tier journals and include complex concepts and analysis. Solutions (40%): Well defined and justified solutions offered in an integrated theoretical framework clearly relating to all IHRM issues identified in the analysis.
