SOLUTIONS In this section, you should present well-defined and justified solution/s offered in an integrated theoretical framework clearly relating to all issues identified in the analysis and made with evidence of synthesis and drawing together of main points. The suggestions/recommendations on how to address the key issues have been made with evidence of synthesis and drawing together of main points. Demonstrates superior knowledge of theory, concepts and case examples and application to practical example. Demonstrate superior use of evidence and includes an evaluation. A number of sources are from top tier journals and include complex concepts and analysis. Solutions (40%): Well defined and justified solutions offered in an integrated theoretical framework clearly relating to all IHRM issues identified in the analysis.
