Assignment title: Information

Peggy Wong is a financial controller with Practical Solutions Pty Ltd, an Australian entity that sells software products to accounting firms and small businesses in Australia. At present, Ms Wong is analysing a number of software packages that focus on preparing the financial statements for SMEs. She needs to pick one package that she can recommend to her clients. Each software vendor is keen to have their software selected as it will result in a significant increase in sales for their company. Andrew Duff is a salesperson in Australia for the software company First Solutions Ltd ('FS') a company based in China. He has told Ms Wong that she should go to the 'FS' factory and head office in Shanghai in China, to analyse his company's software package properly, because the programming experts there could give her a thorough demonstration. Mr Duff has also suggested that she take her family, so that she feels relaxed in a foreign country and is in the right frame of mind to undertake her analysis. He also suggests that Shanghai Disneyland Park opens in June, 2016 and is worth visiting while Ms Wong is over there. First Solutions Ltd would pick up the expenses for the trip. 3 School of Business Required: 1.
