Choose ONE question. In your assignment, include an image/still of each ad analaysed.1. Select two advertisements from a magazine, billboard, newspaper or a web site. (The advertisement must have been published/posted in the last 12-18 months.) Critically review two advertising topics studied so far (e.g. ad effectiveness, brands, ethics, audiences) by applying them to the chosen ad. Explain which theory you think is most applicable to the advertisements. Give reasons for your choice.2. Choose and closely examine two recent advertisements. Discuss branding, construction and ethics. Are the two consistently directed at the same target audience?3. Snyder identifies three components of advertising ethics. He claims that governments should have no authority in the third component of advertising ethics, which he calls 'taste and decency'. Do you agree? Use current examples of, at least two, advertisements in your answer.
