PROJECT PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT Assignment 20% Prepare a paper reflecting on the changes that have occurred to your Professional Development Plan (PDP) developed in the first MPM subject: Project Management Principles (if you have not done , then reflect on your formal or informal professional career plan developed at the start of your postgraduate studies). How does reflective practice* fit into your PDP? What megatrends^ may impact on your PDP? Reflect on the implications for you and those who may impact on your PDP. What do I need to start doing, do more of, do less of, or stop doing? This is a reflective submission and is to be written in the first person. *Reflective practice can be described as a process of reviewing how you respond to events, moments, observations, and thoughts in a manner that builds a record of your learning. ^Megatrends can be described as "...collections of interlinked trends that will change the way people live" (Moody 2010). Marks will be allocated or deducted in relation to:  Format of assignment - each assignment must include the following: • Introduction • Body • Conclusion  Discussion of how any issues may be addressed could be included, although this is an extension of what is required.  Word limit – 1500 words, not including cover page or appendices. Protocols: Referencing should be HARVARD Style 0% Plagiarism should be in Assignment  Please ensure that all of your assignment submission are in one of the common file formats (MS Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc, or PDF).  If you are including material from other files within your assignments (such as graphics, or tables etc) then please make sure that you use Embedded Objects and not Linked Objects.
