Draw the following diagrams for the scenario below: A Rich Picture A business process model using BPMn Scenario: An annoyed customer brings his car back to the service department after a service. He also hands a haphazardly filled-in car log book to the staff. The service desk operator checks the car in along with the customer's comments about the car not meeting expectations after a major service. The car, logbook and comments are given to a mechanic, and the comments to the manager who records them for quality assurance purposes. If the mechanic is not the same one that worked on the car originally, the comments are also fed back to the original mechanic. The car is serviced, checked for quality (fixed if it does not meet quality) and is returned to the customer along with a service note, and a voucher for a complimentary tyre rotation. The customer is happy.
