All assignments will be checked for plagiarism. You will need to keep a backup of you work and this can be requested by the course coordinator at any time. Requests for an extension must be made prior to the date of submission. Background You are a systems analyst working for a major transport firm and have been tasked with designing a travel swipe card payment system for a tram service which operates in one city. The fares are based on various zones and types of travellers. Note that the fare will be determined by another module. You do not have to calculate the fare, your systems is only required to send information about the swipe on station and swipe off station. The other module will determine the fare based on the two stations provided and the card details to determine child, pensioner and adult fares for each zone travelled. You are to build a use case for this system Assignment Requirements and deliverables Answer the 3 questions below Question 1: How would you obtain the information needed for the development of the use case model in the real world? (5 marks). Question 2: Draw a Use Case Diagram and description to represent the required functionality of the travel swipe card transaction system. This functionality will be determined during computer workshops 2, 3 and 4. The attached file 'ICT115 Use Case Template' should be used for the use case description. (10 marks). Question 3: Expand one of the major use case identified in question 2 to produce a use case diagram and use case description that will add more detail to the functional model.
