B HI5004 Marketing Management Tri 2 2016 Group Assignment Guidelines Written Report 20 marks Presentation 10 marks Written report Due Week 11 (Both hard copy with safe assignment report and soft copy on BB by 5 pm FRI ) Words limit: 3000 Presentation: Due Week 10,11 & 12 as per your allocation. • Choose any ONE company from the following Industries: - Business school in Australia/University in Australia - Organic food - Health and fitness industry - Any tourist resort in Australia - Farm House - Any small to medium size manufacturing in Australia • This assignment is in report form with the following headings: - Executive summary - Clear and concise target market, segments and positioning (includes positioning mapping) followed by the company - Comments on both Micro and Macro environment - Brief analysis of consumer perceptions and behaviour about the brand - Marketing Mix (brief discussion) - Your comments on the brand/company • Use Harvard Referencing Style • Research at least 5 to 6 academic articles on the topic • For presentations, students need to be in the class on time even if you are presenting later in the session so the class is not disrupted.
