Using the provided template, you are to:
1. Write a short case-study description of the Deepwater Horizon Gulf of Mexico oil spill
of 2010
2. Evaluate the incident using the both the ISO31000 framework to identity the causes
of the accident
3. Make recommendations on prevent such accidents from happening again
