Assignment Proposal  Highly developed Construction Techniques used in Developing country and Developed country: - Case study of Australia and India Previously construction was just man made but the world is rapidly changing. The Vision report on construction states that in a decade, the manufacturing will be done on site and all the assembling will be done on site. There will be a BIM training that is recently introduced in Australia and future training will be available in it. After the introduction of the BIM that is Business Information modeling more focus will be there on the particular model and they will make sure that all the people are aware of it. More modular and pre fictitious construction is used in the developed country, which is not present in the developing country.The open top and the parallel method, the floor packaging method, are used in the developing countries.  Aim behind the Techniques used:- • A new viewpoint should be created through the Construction Technologies forum. • Cost analysis of the construction technologies used. • Explore the Building Information modeling in the developed countries so that proper training can be delivered. • There should be more intensive investment in digital technologies in both the countries. • There should be a solid developed market in offsite construction. • More focus on the display projects should be there • How to advances techniques are going to help in a better way. • Cost management should be done of construction with technologies and without them. • Long-term goals should be considered rather focusing on short-term goals. • How the advanced technologies are approached? • How the market would adapt the new methods ?and analyzing it . • It is to be also seen which technology is best suited for it with all the permutations combination done. • Globally there should not be any adverse effect on the environment, and they should be environment friendly. • The countries where the investment are made must be properly taken care of and the suitability should be taken care of. • Proper excellence should be there in carrying out the construction with experts handling it. • There should be more focus on the context and it should be developed. • Proper training should be accomplished. • A very important requirement is to have enough funds before starting as The entire work plan, issues scope and the risks associated with it should be managed. • Proper documentation should be maintained. • Whether the consumers have accepted the techniques that has been introduced in both the countries  How am I going to do this? • The available review of the technologies present in both the countries should be minutely be identified • Proper Research and development process of the technologies used in both the countries .The difference between both of them that is the methods of adopting the cost, the market strategies, the adaptation strategy and how it can benefit the contractors should be taken care of. • Both the techniques used by two countries should be judged and proper conclusion should be formed • Come to the ending of the report and form a conclusion about it. Timeline:- Week 4: Revise and Finalise two page proposal. Then moving further, it discuss the differences of using superior technologies used in developed country that is Australia and the developing country India. Week 5 & 6: There should be a strong exploration on the advanced techniques used, how it is used will full coverage, and systematic comparison should be made between the techniques used in rising countries and the developed countries. Week 7: Research should be made on which technologie should be used and what is more suitable for that type of construction. Proper analysis should be done and case studies relating to it should be taken in to consideration while forming an opinion. Week 8 & 9: Proper examination should be done with the relevant information or the case studies that is available and find out the discrepancies. Week 10&11: After all the permutation and combination have done, the differences between both the countries and all the positive negative aspects of each of them should be analyzed and both the potential and growth should be judged. Week 12 –Report should be at its final position and therefore should be submitted.
