SAssessment task 3: Reflective Paper (Individual)
Weight: 50%
Task: Drawing upon your cumulative learning experiences this semester (group case studies, readings, class activities and discussions) you are required to assess the way in which your personal perspectives and assumptions of managing change have developed over the semester. Write a 2000-word paper on one of the following 3 topics:
• Reflections on the role of organisational culture in managing organisational change
• Reflections on the role of leadership in managing organisational change
• Reflections on the role of communication in managing organisational change
The paper should be informed by a minimum of 8 academic sources (academic textbooks and/or academic journal articles) including 4 prescribed readings i.e. the readings that have been discussed in class. In addition, other sources can be used such as web sites, ABS data or other statistical information, media excerpts etc.
A reference list must be included at the end of the paper using the Harvard UTS style
