O Sap Business objects migration What is the project all about? CITIBANK is our client and is having approximately 1000 reports to be migrated. Currently it is using version 3.1 of business objects and we need to migrate the reports to 4.1 version. The reason for the migration is 3.1 is out of date and SAP is no longer providing any support. For better GUI and faster access of the reports we are doing this migration project. The project has to done in two environments one at production client site and other at test environment. First have to do sample migration in test environment before goingto do in production Sub headings required in the report. Constraints are time duration and budget of the project. The skill required for this project are Project manager, software engineer and a test engineer . Project schedule: The project started on 25-07-2016 and was scheduled to end on 10-10-2016 but ended earlier on 30-09-2016. Issues: older version, doesn't support 64 bit architecture and no data secure as there is no support in case of enterprise breakdown. Problems: Talk about problems that we face as a team while doing migration at Citibank like the systems servers internet issues, problems with project managers at client place.
