Remember the idea is to represent visually your leadership model in a way that is clear to others. Try to balance words and images. Remember, a picture tells a thousand words! Assessment Your response will be assessed for your ability to: 1. Develop a model of a responsible leader and clearly communicate that model. 2. Analyse your own leadership approach and strengths against your model. 3. Depict at least two practical strategies to help you be even more effective as a responsible leader. 4.
