Subject Description In this subject students are presented with the theories and develop the skills required to understand, initiate, establish and manage business processes. The focus is on the impact of those activities in the organisation that cut across function and organisational boundaries, with a concentration on performance and impact. Students will apply process management, project management, and change management tools and techniques to create processes and implement continuous improvement. Students will also develop the skills and knowledge to translate business strategies into information technology solutions based on process improvement.
