Brief History of the Company:  Background of the company.  Facts and figures (profile) of the company.  Why did you choose this company? Results / Discussion: 1. This is part of the set of technical sections and you will explore and analyze the chosen topic in any UAE based company. For example, if you are exploring evaluation and rewards system you need to explain steps and mechanism of the evaluation process and then reward system of the organization.  Try to provide diagrammatic explanation and give description of the each and every step.  You can also add recommendations for the improvement of the process, if you like Conclusion:  Problem statement.  You have to crisply state the main take-away points from your work.  Future work References/ Bibliography Style- Times New Roman Font- 12 Space- Double
