6 " Formulate an incentive Plan and Pay for Performance and predict its effects in attracting, retaining and motivating employees"
Assessment criteria: Use "Rubrics for Project Assessment" (ECT.ACA.F11.04)
Your organization, an Abu Dhabi-based public healthcare provider, is planning to introduce a pay-for-performance system to enhance the employees' productivity and motivation (Mainly the nurses). Your supervisor, the HR Director asked you to draft a plan for introducing such a system. He's particularly worried about the fact that pay-for-performance might not work well in public sector organizations, a theory that you reject. Using the course material, the two below-listed references (attached on Moodle) and other references, write a five-page report where you:
1. Explain the advantages and risks of the pay-for-performance system.
2. Identify the steps and the components of your plan.
3. Demonstrate how your system will help motivate and increase the productivity of the nurses.
Important:
• The two attached papers are mandatory reads, but you may want to use more references.
• There will be a team presentation at the end of the Fall Term.
• The references that you used to write the report should be cited at the end of the report.
• Plagiarism is detectable through Moodle-embedded system.
