Students are expected to identify the legal issues regarding the dispute / strike by referring to the legal provisions under Omani Labour Law. Justify them with the relevant citations. Is Trade union a viable option to solve dispute between employee and employee in the given case ? Justify the demands of teachers in the private schools at Oman. Task 2: A discussion on the legality of strike declared by teachers in the private schools with justification with appropriate justification by referring the legal provisions under Omani labour laws .
