Prepare a report for the management of Kwik Save. Your report should include a Strategic Management Plan for the future growth and development for Kwik Save. This report should cover the following areas: 1)External Analysis: Employ SLEPT analysis to scan Kwik Save's business environment. Draw a radar plot using Porter's 5 Forces to critically analyse the salient characteristics of the industrial sector of Kwik Save. Develop a strategic canvas to compare and contrast the existing competitors with Kwik Save across the required key success factors relevant to the case study. 2)Internal analysis: Adopt Resource Based View to evaluate the components of strategic capabilities for Kwik Save. Compare and contrast the strategic/distinctive and threshold competencies and capabilities possessed by Kwik Save. Conduct (Porter's) Value Chain Analysis by using the VRIN framework to highlight possible areas of improvement for Kwik Save. 3)Strategic Recommendations: Apply TOWS matrix to develop a possible range of strategies for Kwik Save. Justify your choice of recommended strategic plan. Adopt Donaldson and Preston View of Stakeholders to highlight the possible challenges for Kwik Save during the implementation stage of your recommended strategic plan. Develop a SAF Criteria which Kwik Save can use for strategic evaluation in the future.
