For this assignment, you need to complete the following task:• Prepare a network design proposal in your own words addressing the requirements of B-Global. • Identify the requirements in line with the networking facilities detailed following the case study.Case StudyB-Global is a consumer's electronics shop that provides different types of electronic product sales and repair services through their branches in major cities and registered agents in remote areas. The shop has four (5) branches in Australia, and they are in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, and Sydney to reach a large number of customers in the areas. Besides providing services in-store, they also maintain web-based ordering management for their registered local and global customers. They get a significant portion of their orders through their on-line ordering management system. Online orders for purchasing electronic products, getting the electronics products repaired, and returning the electronic products are stored in their central file server(s), which is located in Melbourne; all of the orders should be accessible from any branch using appropriate networking technologies. Redundancy, load balancing, protection from malicious attacks and unauthorized access, and regular audit checks to keep track of all system management and maintenance activities performed by the staff must be there for all the servers. The reliability of the servers such as a file server, a web server, database server, and active directory services is highly important. A data base server is important to store customers' profiles and registered agents' details, details of electronic products available for sale and/or already sold details of electronic products for repair and/or already repaired details of electronics products returned back to the shop. There must be a chat server that can allow a staff to respond to a customer's queries about a product to be (or already) purchased by the customer, and all of the texts in the chat must be stored. Each branch has computers, laptops, printers, faxes, and IP phones for twenty staffs. A board meeting is held place every week with all of the head of the braches through live streaming. Lead Technical staffs from all branches communicate with the remote registered agents through tele conferencing. Printing can be released by a staff through the staff ID card from any printer in any branch.All of the servers must be brought under one administrative control without any single point of failure. Two new branches are planned to be setup in Kuala lumpur, Malaysia.
