There are two main aims of this coursework. The first is to give you the opportunity to begin developing the skills used in a typical statistical analysis. The ability to explore a set of data, to investigate its basic properties and any relationships within the data, is fundamental to any study or research at undergraduate level or beyond. This is true, even for subject areas not traditionally associated with mathematics or statistics. All subject areas involve some element of research, and almost always have a statistical element to them.

The second is to help you develop the report writing skills that you may well be using on other modules too this semester. Task Description

Write a report on "Managing Barriers to Sustainability".

Your report should include the following: 1. Literature Review. (following literature review structure is for guidance purpose only and can be altered as long as you meet the assessment objectives)

• Explain with the help of a specific case study/example related to barriers to your chosen sustainable development initiative explain what Barriers do such kind of initiative faced and how these barriers affected the initiative and its stakeholders.

• Based on your findings from the case study, explain what barriers a similar initiative may face in UAE while considering its context.
