Question Business Management Q The aim of this research will be to find how online marketing will help the customers to understand the product we sell and how it efficiently they can use our lubricants. And to find out what are the drawbacks in our Companies Online marketing skills. And how we can Improve our Online Marketing Skills. Over the years, Marketing as a medium has changed from conventional to digital; this became possible with the evolution of internet from being merely a connectivity tool to becoming a important source of information. The notion "Always online, always connected" has become the norm in our busy daily lives and as such, organizations are investing, now more than ever, heavily in reaching out to their customers through Online Marketing. Customers are becoming more aware of their rights, more knowledgeable about the products or services they purchase, and expect organizations to be more transparent about their offerings. In the bellow argument, I intend to prove that online marketing has become an essential drive for reaching out to customers in an effective and efficient way, and if done properly, how we could avoid the nuisance of spam and providing the end user with genuine and relevant content. Brand awareness is essential in creating, promoting and maintaining the image of any organization and is an integral part of the marketing budget. The 5 Ws (Who, what, where, when and why), which are the core questions that need to be answered before any marketing campaign, are directly related to the impact of online marketing on customer awareness. If answered correctly, these questions will lead to the success to any marketing campaign for not only do they impact customer awareness, but also customer behaviour. Customer awareness, if not relevant, becomes a nuisance; and as such it is every marketer's responsibility to ensure that the right content is being transmitted to the customer in a responsible and transparent manner; it is the only way to gain customer loyalty! The best example I could give is the case of Inbound Marketing, where customers are reached based on their preference and interests by tracking and monitoring their search and online behaviour. This technique ensures that we are providing the customer with what they are looking for, rather than just flooding them with irrelevant information. By carefully studying customer behaviour and the psychology behind their interests, marketers can tailor their marketing campaigns and yield better results. Research Questions: • Are the existing customers aware about our Products? • How we can improve our Online Marketing Skill? Research Methods: • The research method I will use is I will be sending questionnaire to our current customers and potential customers who have approached us through our Online Marketing Schemes. It will take them 5 to 10 minutes to fill the questionnaire.
