Hi There, This essay will be about new and evolving technologies in the sports market, the main sport i want to cover would be Tennis but this doesn't limit the essay just to tennis. I would like the essay to take the reader through a journey of how the designer thinks about a whole different variety of factors before coming up with their final design, these are the topics I want to cover; - Reference of designer or brand. What product they created, for which consumer, and why they designed it like that.

- Environmental factors that play into making a product, from start to finish. For example the fabrics for the clothes are from India, then shipped to china for manufacturing, then shipped again to Europe for Branding, then shipped again to USA for sale - Product differentiation, what the Unique selling point is for that particular product, for example take the new material in swimwear it's influence was from shark skin and through careful observation we were able to mimic the advantages the texture has for swimming.

- Social trends

- Political issues

- New and evolving technologies & Materials within the sports design industry, this is the main point about the essay

- Digitizing User Experience, this could be the part of apps and data capturing products, for example look at the new Sony Smart Sensor, or Zepp. This is able to measure and analyze how hard you hit the tennis ball, what angle your racket is and where about you hit the tennis ball on your racket, partially taking the tennis coach out of the equation.
