Identify the key theories and concepts of the marketing function. Identify the role that manager's play in the marketing function of an organisation. Discuss how an organisation's marketing resources and activities can be tracked and reviewed to make strategic marketing decisions Discussing the components of a marketing plan. You will complete a report where the outcome is the presentation of an STP Analysis (segmentation, targeting, positioning) and a Marketing Mix strategy for a consumer or business product or service. You will undertake an analysis based on the segmentation variables for targeting and positioning a particular product or service you are familiar with. You will then discuss the marketing strategy based on the STP analysis of this product or service.
