Assignment 3 - Portfolio 1 Task Description The purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate that you can identify hazards, assess their risk, recommend appropriate risk controls using the hierarchy of control measures and that you can communicate risk information effectively in the form of a report. Portfolio 1 (1000 words) Choose an activity, a work task, or process in a workplace, community, leisure or domestic setting. You will need to ensure that the task has sufficient risk factors to provide the depth required. Complete the following tasks: 1. Describe the context of your selected setting (200-300 words) 2. Complete a detailed Task Analysis to identify the hazards and risk associated with the activity or task.
