• Assignment-2 should analyse the COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE that your internal resources, capabilities, competencies will provide for adopting a successful entry strategy. (See the document "RBV" on OLS in Week-7 tab) Next, outline the various strategic entry options available, and arrive at a suitable strategy for your case organisation by discussing your strategy's advantages and disadvantages.The above two analyses should lead you to justify your choice of entry strategy.• Implementation methods for your chosen strategy should now be explained (such as source of funding, organisational structure, processes, leadership and culture) i.e., details regarding how you intend executing your chosen strategy. Make use of relevant and as far as possible recent academic journal articles/books for writing this section. Do not limit yourself to websites although a few valid ones may be used.
