We look to reach out to our local contracting community using contacts from past relationships. Mission statement We deliver innovative services to create a powerful marketplace for contractors to do business. Target audience Our target market comprises of contractors at any level who look to advance their businesses and immerse themselves in an online marketplace. We offer our services to any contractor in any field ranging from HVAC, electrical, plumbing, framing, trim/ carpentry, concrete and more. Intended market space The marketspace that we intend on reaching are the contractors, both small and large, who don't have much or any online presence. In the ever changing world of the internet, we strive to help these business grow and thrive. Most contracting companies are not very versatile in IT and contracting. We at Contractor Connection plan to capitalize on this. Our company is unlike Squarespace or others because we know and understand the needs at hand for a contractor. Strategic analysis After extensive research in our planned market environment, we have seen that many specialized website companies tend to thrive, while staying small in size. We also noticed that general website construction companies thrive as well and have the ability to grow in size but may not fully be able to satisfy the customer. Here at Contractor Connection, we intend to understand and over achieve on customer's needs. We feel that specialization will create a more successful business environment for us. Marketing matrix The marketing mix we plan to succeed in is by creating a price that is affordable for the customer and enough for us to make profit on. Our product will be unlike any other with our specialization and knowledge for understanding what the customer wants and past experience in the profession. We will also differ from other web design companies because we know that contractors share and use large files, so we offer our service of the ShareBox. Our place in the marketing mix stand at small but very powerful in the online web design services.
