Your task is develop a policy and procedures framework for induction to the organization or critical analysis of an existing policy and procedures framework for induction to the organization. You may undertake this analysis in either your workplace or a workplace you are familiar with. You will need to prepare a short report that describes the activities you undertook to develop and/ or reviev'r the framework for induction. You will need to attach the procedures, forms and documents that you have developed and trialed as an appendix to your report. Your policies and procedures framework for induction should include: A brief description of the organization. A description of the organization's current induction processes and relevant workplace policies and procedures . Your recommendations for the development of a new or revised framework for induction r New or revised policies and procedures to support induction (attach these as an appendix to your report)Forms, documents and templates that will be used during the induction process ,A summary of feedback received from relevant persons regarding the usability of the forms, documents and templates after their trial. Discuss the training and support that will be provided to persons engaged in staff, induction. Management of probationary employees .Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of induction processes. Feedback form that will be used to gather feedback from participants and relevant managers on the effectiveness of induction processes continuous improvement of induction of induction poricies and procedures
