You want to end up with a budget and a city. Choosing the city should be based on some kind of statistical analysis that involves the mean and standard deviation, so please do not arbitrarily choose one city because you would like to live there. You can narrow the group of 295 cities down to a more manageable group based on your own interests. But from then on you need to find a way to analyze the data so come up with a choice. There is no "right" way to do this. It just needs to be a systematic process based on the data. Use logic.  Also, remember that if you are going to use a 4 week budget, you need to make sure that you show 4 weeks of purchases. Items in the data base are shown on a cost per item basis. So consider how many times in a 4 week period you would spend money in any given category.  That's more help than anybody else has gotten, although I would have shared it had they asked. I'm volunteering it to you because I know you have your plate full as we move into the last week of this class and I feel somewhat responsible that you did not see the correct assignment when you first looked.  please note.
